  • Bypass Amazon’s systems (e.g., scraping or inducing reviews)
    Violations can lead to account suspension, withheld funds, or removal of listings .


🛍️ 5. Sellers & Listing Compliance (For Amazon Marketplace Users)

Sellers must follow Amazon’s BSA and related policies, such as:

  • Listing accuracy (image standards, no keyword stuffing)

  • Fees and shipments

  • Account health metrics (e.g., Order Defect Rate, Late Shipment Rate)
    Failure to comply may result in account suspension or fines 


🔧 6. Fulfillment & FBA Rules

For Fulfilled by Amazon sellers, recent updates include:

  • No new referral or FBA fees in 2025

  • Fee reductions (especially for bulky items) and certain refund waivers 

  • New reimbursement rules: compensation for lost/damaged stock is now based on manufacturing cost unless sellers provide documentation 


🛡️ 7. Liability & Disclaimers

Amazon limits liability—including for interruptions, errors, or third-party content. In many regions, users waive certain rights to sue. Specifics are detailed in the Conditions of Use.

Amazon sets terms regarding applicable law, jurisdiction, and how disputes must be handled (often via arbitration, depending on region).
